As a local company formed in 2003, Cadence has had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients with a large set of job scopes. Specializing in government agency  work, Cadence has completed numerous multi building envelope restoration projects for various owner agencies.

Throughout Washington, Cadence has also completed projects ranging from commercial low slope roofing installations, mine mitigation projects for the Department of Interior, bridge construction for the Department of Natural Resources, numerous noise mitigation projects for Sound Transit, Port of Seattle, and King County International Airport with various other projects along the way.
